The Quizlo app on a laptop (Windows, Mac or Linux), a Fire TV Stick, an Android TV box or an Android phone/tablet: runs over your home Wi-Fi, and doesn't need the internet once your quizzes are on it. Phones join by scanning the code on the TV, just the same.
Getting it on the TV: plug a laptop in with HDMI, run the app on a Fire TV Stick, AirPlay from a Mac or iPad, cast a Chrome tab to a Chromecast, or open the TV page in a smart TV's own browser.
